This exclusive villa offers accommodation for up to eight people (6 adults and 2 children) and consists of a spacious main house and a separate garden suite, which is connected via the spacious terrace.
Due to the special location, you can enjoy a sensational view of the private park, the pool and Lake Garda from almost every room.
Main House
The main house includes the living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a light-filled panoramic winter garden, which serves as an outdoor dining area.
The master suite is particularly spacious and has a separate dressing room and a bathroom made of white Carrara marble. Another suite in the main house also offers a high level of comfort with its own en-suite bathroom made of Biancone marble.
Garden Suite
The separate garden suite blends harmoniously into the main house and yet offers absolute privacy. It is accessible via the spacious terrace in front of the house with its own entrance and impresses with a stylish sleeping area, a separate dressing room and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
The garden suite also has another separate room. This can be used as comfortable accommodation for the children or as a study/home office. We would like to point out that this room shares the bathroom with the suite and access to the bathroom can only be made via the suite.

The impressive, 30-meter-long terrace offers versatile spaces for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether in the comfortable lounge area with sofas, on the sun loungers overlooking the lake, or at the stylish seating area for a morning cappuccino – everyone will find their perfect spot here.
A wide marble staircase leads to the panoramic infinity pool (10 m x 5 m), which is surrounded by a pool terrace equipped with loungers and parasols.
